The course
The course is done over a 1 year period starting 15 January 2020 and ending 27 November 2020. We run with the school terms so holidays will fall during the same times as the government schools.
Therefore the course is divided into 4 terms. During each term there will be a major project as well as an exciting trip.

Requirements
In order to be able to enroll into this course you need to fill the following requirements:
- You must be able to swim
- You must be between over the age of 18
- You must be able to speak, read and write English
- You must provide a medical clearance certificate (a letter from your doctor saying you are fit and healthy)
- You must provide a police clearance certificate (a certificate from the police station saying you have no criminal record)
- You must have a valid driver's licence or be able to get it during the year
- You must be able to bring your own laptop
- You must have medical aid

Please note:
This course does not give you a diploma but rather several small qualification from several institutes which can be used in various ways in the industry. We are not a college but rather an organizer of specialty qualifications in the industry. All the certificates you will receive are from registered institutions and are internationally accredited.
The main qualification you will get is your FAGASA certificate which qualifies you as a field ranger and your ARA certificate which qualifies you to work in various adventure and recreation fields.
